About the role

Join Dee Set’s retail merchandising team to support Morrisons stores in Redcar. This part‑time, field‑based position involves installing supplier‑funded point‑of‑sale (POS) materials and creating eye‑catching displays that drive product visibility and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Install POS displays in designated Morrisons stores following brand guidelines and planograms.
• Process materials from receipt to placement, ensuring correct installation.
• Work on‑site every Monday and Wednesday, with flexible hours for seasonal campaigns.
• Liaise with store staff to secure access and coordinate campaign execution.
• Capture photographic evidence and record details of each installation for reporting.
• Provide feedback on campaign performance, challenges and successes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms.
• Reliable, punctual and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with store teams.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to use personal smartphone or tablet for work tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile applications (multiple apps simultaneously).
