Part‑time Retail Merchandiser – Morrisons (Reading)

About the role

Join Dee Set’s Retail Merchandising team as a part‑time Merchandiser working on Morrisons stores in Reading. You will use your own vehicle to deliver and install supplier‑funded point‑of‑sale (POS) materials, helping brands increase visibility and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Install POS displays in designated Morrisons stores on Mondays and Wednesdays, following brand guidelines and planograms.
• Receive, process, and place POS materials, ensuring accurate placement and documentation.
• Coordinate store access with staff, capture photographic evidence of installations, and report completion.
• Adapt working hours to seasonal campaigns such as Christmas, Easter and summer promotions.
• Provide feedback on campaign performance and any challenges encountered.

Required profile

• Reliable driver with a valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual instructions.
• Self‑motivated, punctual and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills for liaising with store teams.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with mobile devices and apps for data capture.
