Part‑time Retail Merchandiser – Morrisons (Totnes, Devon)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Retail Merchandiser to join Dee Set’s team supporting Morrisons stores in Totnes. You will be responsible for installing supplier‑funded point‑of‑sale materials and creating eye‑catching displays that boost product visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Install POS displays in designated Morrisons stores according to brand guidelines and planograms.
• Handle materials from receipt through placement, ensuring correct installation.
• Work on‑site shifts, typically Monday and Wednesday, with flexible hours during peak promotional periods.
• Coordinate with store staff to gain access and ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Capture photographic evidence and record details of each installation for reporting.
• Provide feedback on campaign performance and any challenges encountered.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed planograms.
• Reliable, punctual and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with store teams.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel between stores and receive home deliveries of POS materials.
