Part‑time Retail Merchandiser – Newcastle upon Tyne

About the role

Join Dee Set as a part‑time Retail Merchandiser, working around 10 hours per week across multiple Coop stores in the Newcastle area. You will travel to locations such as Burnopfield, Chopwell, and Ponteland, ensuring displays are stocked, attractive, and aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, plus additional visits as scheduled.
• Merchandise cosmetics, greeting cards, clip strips and other product ranges.
• Replenish display units and implement point‑of‑sale (POS) materials.
• Maintain visual standards and report any issues using mobile applications.
• Use your own vehicle and hold a full UK driving licence.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.
• Comfortable working independently and using your own initiative.
• Friendly, solution‑focused and able to interact positively with store staff and customers.

Required skills

• Competent use of mobile devices and multiple apps simultaneously.
• Basic data entry and navigation on a smartphone or tablet.
