About the role
This part‑time position offers a qualified RGN Nurse the chance to support a team of Health Care Assistants at a convent in Birkdale, Southport. Working 16 hours per week, the schedule is negotiable and may include occasional travel to a sister convent in Liverpool.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Health and Wellbeing Co‑ordinator in daily operations.
- Ensure care is delivered to the highest standards by the caring staff.
- Be aware of the Sisters’ needs at the start of each duty.
- Supervise the safe administration of medication.
- Participate in monitoring and evaluating documentation, including care plans.
Required profile
- Current NMC registration.
- Previous nursing experience (essential).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Full UK driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Safe administration of medication.
- Documentation and care‑plan monitoring.
