Part‑time Sales Enquiry Advisor

About the role

Join Hedin Automotive as a Part‑time Sales Enquiry Advisor and become the first point of contact for customers beginning their BMW or MINI journey. Working from our centralised call‑centre in Bromley, you will handle enquiries across phone, email, live chat, online channels and events, delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to email, live‑chat, online and event‑generated sales enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Engage customers to understand their lifestyle, preferences and vehicle requirements, matching them with the most suitable BMW or MINI.
• Process digital enquiries through Carwow and CRM platforms within agreed service‑level targets.
• Record accurate customer information and enquiries in the DMS system and allocate them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
• Coordinate and schedule customer appointments, including test drives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the BMW and MINI product range, new technologies and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales, customer‑service or call‑centre environment.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
• Ability to work independently while meeting service‑level targets.
• Enthusiasm for the automotive sector and a willingness to develop product knowledge.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and Carwow platforms.
• Experience using a DMS (Dealer Management System) for data entry.
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple digital channels.
