Part‑time Sales Stylist – 20 hrs Flexible

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a part‑time Sales Stylist to join the Designer Outlet in West Midlands. Working 20 hours per week on a fully flexible schedule, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect Levi’s fit and style.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver exceptional service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Support daily store operations, including operating tills, managing fitting rooms and handling stock.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication, positive attitude and team‑first mindset.
• Energy, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
