Part‑time Stockroom Assistant (10 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a Stockroom Assistant in Bicester, working 10 hours per week to keep the store’s inventory flowing smoothly. You will act as the vital link between the stockroom and the shop floor, supporting both operational efficiency and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review store sales data and KPIs with the Store Manager to spot replenishment opportunities.
• Execute daily replenishment accurately and efficiently.
• Train store associates on Stock Management Guidelines and standards.
• Ensure products are well displayed, assorted, and correctly tagged on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Organise and maintain the stockroom to keep inventory orderly.
• Provide shop‑floor support to the team as needed.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in stock operations.
• Strategic thinking, flexibility, and ability to drive change.
• Quick adaptation to store operational demands.
• Strong prioritisation, organisation, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
