Part‑Time Store Supervisor – Croydon

About the role

We are looking for a motivated part‑time Store Supervisor to lead our Croydon base store and provide cover for three nearby stores. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and wants a varied schedule across the week.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high customer service standards and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of the Croydon store, including opening and closing duties.
• Provide cover and assistance to three additional stores in the local area as needed.
• Help the team achieve store and company KPIs while adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Lead by example to create a positive, customer‑focused environment.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and energetic with a passion for service.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, leisure or a similar customer‑facing sector.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to use quieter periods productively.
• Comfortable travelling between stores; a full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Required skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• £16,500–£17,000 per year salary plus potential bonus of around £1,000.
