Patent Paralegal – 12-month Fixed-Term in Glasgow

About the role
We are seeking a Patent Paralegal to join a well‑established Intellectual Property team in Glasgow on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. You will support a diverse patent portfolio, ensuring timely filing and maintenance of applications across the UK, Europe and internationally.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, file and monitor UK, European and international patent applications.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding filing status and requirements.
- Handle foreign filing matters, assignments and a range of patent formalities.
- Assist with day‑to‑day management of patent portfolios, keeping records accurate and up to date.
Required profile
- Minimum two years’ experience in a Patent Paralegal or Patent Administration role.
- CIPA qualification.
- Proactive, highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines in a busy environment.
