Patient Coordinator

About the role

The Patient Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients and consultants at a distinguished private ophthalmic clinic. Working in a calm, elegant environment, you will ensure a seamless, concierge‑style experience while supporting both clinical and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for consultants and patients, delivering high‑end service.
• Coordinate emergency and routine appointments, including surgical procedures, liaising with surgeons, nurses and anaesthetists.
• Manage multiple consultant clinic diaries with precision and discretion.
• Communicate professionally across in‑person, telephone and email channels.
• Handle confidential patient information and process payments discreetly.
• Oversee operational tasks such as stock control, ordering clinical supplies and coordinating maintenance services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing multiple diaries.
• Previous experience in a medical clinic is highly advantageous.
