Patient Services Manager

About the role

This is a newly evolving position offering genuine progression. You will initially work alongside the existing front‑of‑house/reception team, ensuring outstanding reception operations while learning the practice’s systems, protocols and patient data firsthand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the front‑of‑house/reception team and become fully conversant with practice systems and patient data.
• Manage and optimise the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and driving patient callbacks and follow‑ups.
• Oversee lead funnels, nurture prospects, and create patient touchpoints and marketing collateral.
• Update internal systems, manage digital advertising/marketing activity and generate reports on patient engagement.
• Coordinate with external lead‑generation, marketing, PR, social media agencies and telephony/AI systems.
• Provide occasional executive assistant support to the Director, arranging meetings and bookings.

Required profile

• Proven experience with CRM, cloud‑based and marketing automation tools.
• Strong communication and copywriting ability, with experience in lead generation/marketing workflows.
• Background in reception, front‑of‑house or patient‑facing environments is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with hybrid or remote team dynamics.
• Proactive, customer‑focused, calm under pressure and able to build rapport quickly.

What we offer

• Salary from £31,000, commensurate with experience.
• Genuine progression, including the opportunity to move into a dual role as Executive Assistant to the Director.
