Patient Support Customer Advisor (Hybrid)

About the role
This is a busy, telephone‑based position where you will support Denplan patients, process claims and provide reassurance during urgent situations. The role is on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract and operates on a hybrid schedule, combining remote work with occasional visits to the Andover office.
Key responsibilities
- Handle 30–50 inbound customer calls per day, managing a busy call queue.
- Provide empathetic support and reassurance to customers in urgent or stressful situations.
- Accurately process customer information and claims in line with company policies.
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- Enjoys speaking on the telephone and can manage a high volume of calls.
- Kind, empathetic, and customer‑focused with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently from home with a private workspace and reliable internet.
- Good problem‑solving, organisational skills and thrives in a fast‑paced call‑centre environment.
