Payouts Executive

About the role

The Payouts Executive will manage the processing and activation of successful asset finance applications within the Payouts function of our Asset Finance division. Working from our Warrington office, you will ensure accurate, efficient handling of lease and hire‑purchase documents while complying with regulatory and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily Payouts operations and activate lease and HP documents quickly.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform regular system audits to guarantee reporting accuracy.
• Adopt a commercial perspective while activating documents and supporting stakeholders in gathering outstanding information.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Sales Support to meet service‑level agreements.
• Respond to telephone and email queries promptly.
• Conduct verification calls with customers for due diligence.
• Upload all data accurately to relevant systems in line with GDPR guidelines.
• Analyse and propose improvements to Payouts workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the asset finance industry and customer onboarding processes.
• High attention to detail and commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
