About the role
Neo People Management is expanding its payroll team to support schools and multi‑academy trusts across the UK. As a Payroll Administrator you will join a fast‑paced environment, receiving full training and working closely with the Pensions and Payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of staff salaries.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and verify client payroll data in the iTrent system.
- Generate and distribute payroll and pension reports.
- Resolve payroll queries from internal and external clients promptly.
- Provide regular data reporting and ad‑hoc reports as requested.
- Answer incoming calls and handle client communications professionally.
- Support administration practices in line with legal and business requirements.
Required profile
- Commercially minded with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Required skills
- Experience or willingness to learn the iTrent payroll system.
