Payroll Administrator (Temporary to Permanent)

About the role
We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis, working close to the Northwood/Uxbridge area. You will be responsible for processing both weekly and monthly payrolls for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Process weekly and monthly payroll runs, including data input and uploads.
- Issue tax forms such as P45s and handle employee enquiries.
- Reconcile deductions and manage third‑party payments.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns (EPS/FPS) and perform monthly and weekly reconciliations.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Payroll Administrator.
- Ability to process both manual and electronic payrolls and perform manual PAYE, NI, pension and statutory calculations for verification.
- Good knowledge of Excel and other payroll/accounting systems.
- Available for a temporary‑to‑permanent opportunity and able to commute to the Northwood/Uxbridge area (car required).
