About the role
We are seeking a proactive Payroll Administrator to join our Worthing office. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, and will initially be office‑based with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement after the probation period.
Key responsibilities
- Process end‑to‑end payroll for approximately 2,500 direct‑payment employers.
- Collaborate with a payroll team of six and a banking support team of three.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance for each payroll run.
- Identify and resolve payroll issues quickly, thinking on your feet.
- Maintain high attention to detail throughout all payroll activities.
Required profile
- Experience in full payroll cycles, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to start contributing immediately and work independently.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to adapt to a hybrid working model after probation.
Required skills
- Brightpay payroll software (desirable but not essential).
