Payroll Advisor – Hybrid, £30k-£34k

About the role
We are seeking a Payroll Advisor to join a dynamic, fast‑paced payroll team in St Albans. You will manage multiple payrolls and act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple payrolls for various clients.
- Contact clients daily by phone and email to resolve queries and provide account support.
- Enter data into several workflow and payroll systems.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of end‑to‑end payroll experience in a bureau or third‑party, client‑facing environment.
- Studying for CIPP qualification is a plus.
- Confident user of Excel.
- Familiar with payroll software such as IRIS.
