Payroll Analyst – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Care UK Residential is seeking a Payroll Analyst on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to support the end‑to‑end processing of monthly payroll for approximately 15,000 employees. You will work with an outsourced payroll solution and collaborate closely with a professional payroll team.

Key responsibilities

• Process starters, leavers and manual payroll adjustments.
• Validate payroll output from the time‑and‑attendance system.
• Calculate and process pay, including out‑of‑cycle payments.
• Administer pension schemes, auto‑enrolment and other employee benefit schemes.
• Reconcile various schemes and support end‑of‑year payroll processes.
• Assist with payroll requirements for acquisitions, mergers and integrations.

Required profile

• Experience in a high‑volume data‑entry or administrative role within a finance or payroll function.
• Strong analytical ability to accurately interpret data and resolve issues.
• A keen interest in finance and payroll processes.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iTrent payroll software.
• Experience using Midland HR payroll solution.
