PCV Bus Driver – Harlow (Full‑time)

About the role

Join Arriva at the Harlow depot as a PCV Bus Driver and become a vital part of the local community. You will transport commuters, shoppers and school children, ensuring they reach their destinations safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a PCV bus on assigned routes, adhering to timetables and safety standards.
• Provide friendly, courteous customer service to passengers.
• Maintain accurate records of journeys, incidents and vehicle condition.
• Work rotating shift patterns, including early mornings, afternoons and evenings.
• Participate in overtime and extra‑shift opportunities as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid PCV licence (or willingness to join the trainee programme).
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence.
• Pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Strong people and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shift patterns.
