About the role
Join a leading consultancy’s award‑winning communications team as a Pension Communications Consultant. You will translate complex pension and investment concepts into clear, engaging content for a variety of audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Create member‑focused communications across print, web, video and digital channels.
- Review and refine content to ensure high quality and consistency.
- Manage projects from brief to delivery, meeting deadlines and budget targets.
- Collaborate with designers to bring creative concepts to life.
- Support client relationships and contribute to overall communication strategies.
- Develop templates and best‑practice materials for future use.
- Use member feedback and data insights to improve communications.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a pension communications consultant.
- Excellent copywriting ability, capable of simplifying complex pensions and investment topics.
- Solid understanding of the UK pensions market, including DB, DC and hybrid schemes.
