Pension Data Specialist – Data Service Delivery

About the role

Join WTW’s Data Service Delivery Team as a Pension Data Specialist, working in a flexible hybrid model from Redhill (or Welwyn Garden City or Leeds). You will lead high‑impact data projects across the pension lifecycle, supporting strategic initiatives such as buy‑in/out, automation programmes and GMP rectification.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex data projects, delivering on time, within scope and budget while managing risks.
• Provide clear project updates, flag challenges early and drive solutions.
• Produce high‑quality technical data reports for client proposals and project closures.
• Engage with internal and client stakeholders, supporting scoping discussions and presenting analysis findings.
• Price new data projects accurately and support the commercial success of the team.
• Act as a technical reference point, assisting colleagues with complex queries.
• Maintain accurate management information and time‑recording for chargeable work.
• Provide cover for Team Managers to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes and delivery of technical data projects.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills in a data‑project environment.
• Ability to identify challenges, devise solutions and meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Experience managing and prioritising own workload effectively.
