About the role

Our client, a leading UK pensions administration and consultancy firm, is seeking an experienced Pensions Administration Manager to join their London office. The role operates on a flexible hybrid model, with two days in the office and three days remote, and offers the chance to lead a high‑performing team while delivering exceptional service to a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of pensions administration services across a varied client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trustees and corporate clients.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Provide technical expertise on Defined Benefit pension schemes.
• Oversee projects such as pension increases, benefit statements and scheme renewals.
• Support business growth and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Defined Benefit pensions administration.
• In‑depth knowledge of pensions legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience in team leadership or management.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Project management and organisational expertise.
