Pensions Administration Team Lead – London (Hybrid)

About the role

The Pensions Administration Team Lead will deputise for the Manager and lead a team of 6‑10 administrators responsible for defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) membership administration. The role is based in London with a hybrid working pattern – two days in the office and three days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily team performance and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide line‑management duties including objective setting, training and 1:1 reviews.
• Allocate work, check accuracy and offer technical assistance on complex DB and DC cases.
• Process all aspects of member service, delivering information, correspondence and support.
• Produce stewardship reports within required timescales.
• Represent the company in new‑business exercises and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DB pensions administration with manual benefit calculations.
• Experience of DC pensions administration.
• Previous team‑lead or supervisory experience.
