Pensions Administrator – Defined Benefit Schemes

About the role

Isio is expanding its Pensions Administration business and is looking for an experienced Pensions Administrator to join a hybrid team in Reading. You will support a portfolio of Defined Benefit pension scheme clients, delivering high‑quality service to both clients and scheme members.

Key responsibilities

• Process scheme activities in line with scheme rules and client Service Level Agreements.
• Provide accurate, timely and empathetic support to pension scheme members via phone and email.
• Record actions and manage cases using a range of tools and systems, keeping members updated throughout.
• Calculate member benefits and ensure all calculations are correct.
• Escalate errors, omissions and complaints promptly according to established procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a pension administrator, preferably with Defined Benefit schemes.
• Strong member‑service focus and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the capacity to meet multiple SLAs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
