Pensions Projects Coordinator

About the role

WTW is looking for a Senior Pensions Projects Coordinator to join its Outsourcing line in Redhill. Working hybrid, you will support the delivery of LifeSight projects and a range of pension‑related initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to a high quality standard.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with project delivery, gathering requirements, testing and rollout for LifeSight and other pension projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure smooth execution.
• Produce clear testing evidence and sign‑off documentation.
• Review and challenge team work to maintain quality and timeliness.
• Record time accurately according to the LifeSight charging structure.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, huddles, team meetings and retrospectives.
• Escalate blockers or issues to the Team Lead as needed.
• Provide regular status updates to the Projects Portfolio Lead.
• Act as a technical reference for the LifeSight Administration team.

Required profile

• Experience with defined‑contribution occupational pension schemes or Master Trusts.
• Strong time‑management and ability to prioritise workloads.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail‑oriented with a proven ability to test changes against requirements.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude and ability to meet project milestones.
