Pensions Specialist (Hybrid) – Redhill

About the role

WTW is seeking a Pensions Specialist to join its Redhill office on a hybrid basis. You will work on advanced pension calculations for both defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) schemes, mentor junior administrators, and support client‑specific projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex DB and DC calculations and ensure accuracy of scheme data.
• Mentor and review the work of Pensions Administrators.
• Assist Client Managers in meeting reporting and compliance deadlines.
• Collaborate with peers to improve operational efficiency and drive automation initiatives.
• Handle technical queries from clients and advisors, documenting requirements and solutions.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc business‑as‑usual projects and continuous improvement programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience working on major pension clients with both DB and DC schemes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated, capable of delivering results independently and as part of a virtual team.
