Pensions Specialist – Hybrid role in Redhill

About the role

Join us as a Pensions Specialist based out of our Redhill office working hybrid. You will take on advanced calculations and complex DB and/or DC schemes while mentoring and checking the work of Pensions Administrators.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and meet client reporting and compliance requirements.
• Support Client Managers to achieve excellence in service delivery to clients and members.
• Collaborate with peers on day‑to‑day client management and multiple project streams.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase automation and operational self‑sufficiency.
• Interact with clients and advisors on complex technical queries, documenting requirements.
• Run, manage and monitor ad‑hoc BAU projects, ensuring timely client reporting.

Required profile

• Experience working on major clients with complex DB and DC pension schemes.
• Strong organisational abilities and flexibility to work in a virtual team environment.
• Pensions technical expertise with project‑based technical work preferred.
• Ability to analyse and manipulate data, delivering results in agreed client formats.
• Excellent time‑management, accuracy and adherence to high‑quality standards.
