People and Culture Executive

About the role

This part‑time People and Culture Executive role supports an award‑winning tailor‑made tour operator in delivering an outstanding employee experience across South West London. Working closely with the Senior People Manager, you will help shape HR processes, recruitment and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating people policies, procedures and best‑practice HR guidelines.
• Maintain accurate employee records, monitor attendance, absence and leave trends, and ensure data‑protection compliance.
• Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, pre‑employment checks and onboarding.
• Support end‑to‑end recruitment, from workforce planning and candidate coordination to new‑hire welcome.
• Help identify learning and development needs, support training plans and talent development initiatives.
• Assist with performance management processes and help employees understand expectations.
• Contribute to wellbeing and engagement initiatives, using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
