People Compliance Coordinator (HR)

About the role

As a People Compliance Coordinator you will provide a proactive, professional administrative service that ensures compliance and excellent people support across the organisation. You will work within a collaborative People Compliance team, helping to create a positive employee experience while supporting the delivery of high‑quality care for our service users.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and process all employee changes in line with payroll deadlines.
• Complete all legal, statutory and compliance checks on time.
• Provide first‑line advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR queries.
• Monitor the team inbox, respond to queries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support employee engagement through surveys and feedback initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an HR or People Compliance role, or a similar support function.
• Good knowledge of employment legislation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
