People & Culture Manager

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is looking for a People & Culture Manager to lead employee development and shape our company culture. You will work in a dynamic, hospitality‑focused environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the effective management and performance of the People & Culture function, continuously improving processes and services.
• Act as an advisor and business partner to operations, overseeing employee relations and the full recruitment cycle.
• Drive culture initiatives through clear communication, promotion of positive employee relations, and compliance with hotel policies and legislation.
• Build and nurture relationships across the hotel team to deliver an unrivalled employee experience.
• Demonstrate hospitality and professionalism to motivate staff toward the highest standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee relations (essential).
• Human Resources qualification preferred.
• Background in a hospitality environment preferred.
• Passionate about fostering a supportive and engaging workplace.
