People Development & Experience Lead

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic People Development & Experience Lead to shape learning, leadership development, employee engagement and organisational culture for a fast‑growing technology consultancy. Working closely with the Head of People Services and senior leaders, you will design and deliver initiatives that enable employees to thrive while supporting the company’s expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and embed leadership and management development programmes.
• Create capability and competency frameworks, career pathways and succession planning.
• Lead employee engagement and experience initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Analyse people data and engagement insights to continuously improve the colleague experience.
• Partner with senior leaders to build organisational capability and influence people strategy.
• Drive organisational development and culture‑change projects.
• Coach and develop leaders to strengthen management capability and embed continuous development.
• Provide HR advisory support on employee‑relations matters as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in organisational or people development.
• Track record of designing and delivering leadership or management development programmes.
• Strong knowledge of employee engagement, development and performance management.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching abilities.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and deliver innovative solutions.
