People Partner – Change & Employee Relations (9‑month contract)

About the role

Aptia is seeking a commercially‑minded People Business Partner to support its UK operations. This nine‑month fixed‑term position focuses on employee relations and organisational change, and can be based in any UK office with a preference for a commutable distance to Glasgow City Centre. The role operates in a hybrid work environment, collaborating closely with HR and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage disciplinary and grievance processes in line with UK employment law.
• Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder buy‑in.
• Develop and update people policies to reflect regulatory requirements and best practice.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change programmes and employee relations metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee relations and change management within a UK context.
• Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence senior leaders.
