People Systems Power Apps Developer

About the role

You will join the People & Data Interfaces Squad within the People Experience and Platform unit, developing and maintaining Power Apps solutions that support HR processes, organisational change and implementation. The role combines technical delivery with data‑driven insight to improve workforce management and strategic people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse.
• Deliver data‑driven insights that support HR decision‑making and optimise processes.
• Automate and simplify HR workflows to increase efficiency and outcomes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve challenges.
• Communicate complex data through clear storytelling and actionable recommendations.
• Champion data literacy, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Collaborate in an Agile, cross‑functional environment with analysts, data scientists and business teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform services (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with additional tooling such as Power Virtual Agents and Python or other low‑code/pro‑code technologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to present complex data insights clearly in reports and visualisations.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
