Performance & Development Manager – Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire

About the role

Cubitt & West is hiring a Performance & Development Manager to cover its branches across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. This is a brand-new role designed to raise the confidence and success of Mortgage Advisors: guiding new recruits through onboarding, supporting experienced advisors and ensuring the T&C framework is delivered to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and induction support for new Mortgage Advisors
• Coach and develop existing advisors to improve performance, productivity and protection penetration
• Conduct observations, KPI reviews, development reviews and CPD support within the T&C framework
• Support branch integration and help embed new recruits
• Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes
• Provide insight, reporting and recommendations to support performance decisions
• Work closely with Area Mortgage Managers, the Financial Services Director, Training Manager and Home in One Compliance

Required profile

• Full driving licence
• CEMAP qualified or equivalent
• Experience in coaching, onboarding or performance management (Financial Services experience ideal)
• Motivated by developing others and driving performance
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work under pressure

What we offer

• Salary of £42,500 plus a performance bonus of £2,500
• Car allowance of £4,000 (company car or allowance)
