Performance Graphic Designer – Paid Social

About the role

We are looking for a high‑level Graphic Designer who will create static visuals that drive clicks, conversions and revenue for our fast‑growing DTC wellness brand. The role is fully remote and focuses on performance‑driven creative for paid social and other growth channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram and other paid social platforms.
• Create performance‑focused creatives optimized for click‑through rate, hook rate and conversions.
• Develop rapid ad variations for testing and iteration.
• Produce graphics for landing pages, email campaigns, Amazon listings, product launches and promotional assets.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, media buyers and video editors to build winning campaigns.
• Transform UGC, testimonials and product benefits into compelling visual ads.
• Research competitor ads and industry trends to identify winning creative styles.
• Help maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across channels.
• Leverage AI design tools and modern workflows to increase speed and output.

Required profile

• 2+ years of graphic design experience for DTC or e‑commerce brands.
• Strong portfolio of paid‑social ads and performance‑focused creative.
• Experience designing for Meta, TikTok, Instagram and digital advertising.
• Deep understanding of direct‑response marketing and consumer psychology.
• Ability to produce clean, modern, conversion‑focused designs quickly.
• Proficiency with typography, hierarchy and ad composition.
• Comfort with fast feedback loops and rapid iteration.
