Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

Cosatto is looking for a data‑driven Performance Marketing Executive to own and optimise paid acquisition channels. You will focus on driving high‑quality traffic, conversions and revenue across our digital platforms, primarily in the UK while supporting international growth.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Serve as the main liaison for external Google Ads (PPC, Performance Max, Shopping) and affiliate marketing agencies, ensuring KPI and ROI targets are met.
• Collaborate with the internal creative team to brief, test and iterate ad creatives based on performance data.
• Monitor, analyse and report daily/weekly metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) using GA4 and platform dashboards.
• Support localisation and execution of performance marketing for core international storefronts.
• Assist with daily and weekly budget tracking to maintain efficiency targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, preferably in e‑commerce or consumer‑goods DTC.
• Hands‑on expertise managing paid social suites and coordinating agency partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven optimisation.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a supportive team.
