Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing eCommerce business as a Performance Marketing Executive. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, you will own and optimise performance campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Affiliate campaigns.
• Design and run A/B tests to improve ad performance.
• Monitor ROAS, conversion rates and overall campaign health.
• Use GA4 and other reporting tools to extract insights and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with external agencies to maximise campaign results.
• Identify new growth opportunities through competitor and data analysis.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with PPC and Paid Social (SEO and Affiliate experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and proven use of GA4.
• Solid eCommerce background.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for improving campaign performance.
• Enjoys digging into data and can clearly explain optimisation decisions.
