About the role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own performance marketing across multiple international markets for a fast‑growing consumer brand. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will lead a team handling paid media and performance creative while shaping strategy and execution on key platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube.
- Lead a cross‑functional team to drive acquisition, optimise CAC, ROAS and payback periods.
- Integrate media and creative functions, build testing frameworks and enhance performance creative.
- Contribute to AI‑driven attribution, incrementality testing and measurement initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a performance marketer in DTC, ecommerce or consumer sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and sizable media budgets.
