Performance Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid‑media across Meta, TikTok, Google and emerging channels for a fast‑growing healthcare/beauty eCommerce brand. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite) and offers full ownership of strategy, execution and optimisation from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and emerging platforms such as Pinterest and Snapchat.
• Allocate budgets, define audience strategies and conduct bid optimisation to maximise ROAS and CAC targets.
• Run continuous creative testing, brief UGC concepts and collaborate with the in‑house creative team.
• Monitor and report on key metrics (ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, AOV, CVR, LTV) and provide actionable insights.
• Improve landing‑page performance, funnel conversion, targeting and attribution in partnership with Marketing, Creative, CRM and TikTok Live teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing paid social and paid search for eCommerce brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commercial focus and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, health or FMCG is a plus.
