Performance Marketing Manager - Insurance

About the role

You'll be joining a digitally focused insurance company that sells niche sports and leisure products directly to consumers. The business is entering a new growth phase and is looking for a leader to drive its digital acquisition engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own the digital growth engine and drive customer acquisition across key brands.
• Manage revenue performance across paid media, search, conversion rate optimisation and email marketing.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and oversee channel specialists.
• Ensure performance marketing is central to the commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Proven performance‑marketing experience delivering results in PPC, paid social, SEO, GEO, CRO and email marketing.
• Strong e‑commerce background, preferably in direct‑to‑consumer finance or high‑volume product sales.
• Hands‑on management of multi‑million‑pound paid‑media budgets.
• Up‑to‑date with the latest trends in paid and organic search.
• Experience line‑managing channel specialists is a plus.
