Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead paid media strategy for a fast‑growing UK fashion retailer. Working across Meta, Google and TikTok, you will own sizable budgets, drive customer acquisition and improve profitability while supporting the brand’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google (Performance Max, Shopping, Search, Remarketing) and TikTok.
• Monitor daily performance and make data‑driven optimisation decisions.
• Track and report key metrics such as NC‑CPA, ROAS, POAS, MER, CAC and acquisition trends.
• Use attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale) to allocate budget and scale successful initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high‑performing ad assets and test copy, hooks and calls‑to‑action.
• Manage budget allocation across channels, adjusting spend based on performance and business priorities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing paid media in e‑commerce, retail, fashion or DTC environments.
• Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns and delivering measurable revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise for profitability.
