Permanent Supervising Social Worker

About the role
This permanent position supports an independent therapeutic fostering agency with a strong Ofsted rating. You will manage a small portfolio of foster families, providing professional supervision and ensuring high standards of care.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee a caseload of 10‑12 foster families located around Milton Keynes and Luton.
- Conduct regular supervision visits and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records and case notes in line with agency policies.
- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to address any safeguarding concerns.
- Support foster carers with training, guidance and emotional support.
Required profile
- Qualified Social Worker.
- Experience working in fostering.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Full, valid driving licence.
