Personal Assistant & Creative Producer

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant & Creative Producer to support a dynamic entrepreneur and theatre producer. This hybrid role blends executive assistance with hands‑on involvement in the creative and commercial phases of theatre productions, offering exposure to everything from early development to opening night.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day executive and personal assistance, managing a fast‑changing diary.
• Act as primary contact for agents, casting directors, producers, theatres and other industry professionals.
• Coordinate workshops, script read‑throughs, rehearsals, press nights and special events.
• Support productions throughout their development, tracking budgets and commitments.
• Maintain clear records of meetings, decisions and project progress.
• Travel between Hungerford, London and regional theatres as required.

Required profile

• Outstanding organisational and administrative abilities.
• Previous experience in theatre, live entertainment or related creative industries.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with creative personalities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Strong diary and schedule management.
• Effective stakeholder liaison.
• Event coordination and logistics.

What we offer

• Salary range £30,000–£50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
• Flexible contract – initial part‑time or fixed‑term with potential to become permanent full‑time.
