Personal Assistant to Directors – Construction & FM

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and Operations Director of a fast‑growing building maintenance provider. The role offers the chance to work within a friendly, supportive team while contributing to high‑profile projects across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and Operations Director.
• Manage complex diaries, schedule appointments and coordinate internal and external meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, supporting documentation and take accurate notes.
• Organise business travel, accommodation and itineraries.
• Screen calls, emails and correspondence, prioritising urgent matters.
• Undertake light office‑management duties to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of the Head Office.
• Offer ad‑hoc administrative assistance across the wider business as required.

Required profile

• Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably within construction, building services or facilities management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
