Personal Assistant to Founder & Creative Director

About the role

Oceanus, a globally recognised luxury swimwear and resortwear brand, is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to work directly with Founder and Creative Director Hannah Attalah. This hybrid role supports both professional and personal commitments, ensuring Hannah can focus on creative and strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Full diary and schedule management, including meetings, appointments, travel and itineraries.
• Coordinate international travel arrangements and manage related expenses.
• Act as gatekeeper and primary point of contact for business and personal matters.
• Handle a high‑volume inbox, prioritise emails, draft correspondence and ensure follow‑up on key actions.
• Research and identify partnership opportunities, support outreach to brands, retailers, agencies, talent and media.
• Track collaboration pipelines, assist with event and activation planning.
• Maintain project organisation, manage task lists and support cross‑functional teams.
• Create systems and processes to improve productivity, communication flow and accountability.
