Personal Injury Paralegal – Milton Keynes

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join a growing legal team in Milton Keynes. The role offers the chance to manage your own caseload while receiving support from experienced colleagues in a newly refurbished office.

Key responsibilities

• Managing your own personal injury caseload under supervision.
• Progressing claims from instruction through to settlement.
• Handling OIC Portal claims, conducting liability assessments and negotiating settlements.
• Arranging medical appointments via MedCo and reviewing medical evidence.
• Preparing client care documentation and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver an excellent client experience.

Required profile

• Previous personal injury paralegal experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Proactive team player with a commitment to outstanding client service.
