About the role

A leading regional law firm is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join its well‑regarded Personal Injury team in Reading. You will work closely with experienced lawyers, gaining exposure to a broad range of claimant personal injury matters while providing high‑quality client support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with case preparation and drafting of correspondence.
• Review and organise medical records and other evidence.
• Prepare bundles and manage documentation for litigation.
• Liaise with clients, experts, insurers and counsel throughout the claims process.
• Support fee earners by managing deadlines and maintaining a busy caseload.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
• Interest in claimant personal injury work.
• Strong academic background and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities.
• Professional, compassionate and organised approach.
• Confidence to interact with clients, experts, insurers and counsel.
• Ability to manage deadlines and support a busy caseload effectively.
