Personal Injury Solicitor (1-5 PQE) – Glasgow

About the role

We are seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor (1–5 PQE) to join our Glasgow team on a hybrid basis. You will manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims, ranging from straightforward matters to complex, high‑value disputes, while receiving support for professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Handle personal injury claims from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Manage both pre‑litigation and litigated cases, advising clients on liability, quantum and strategy.
• Negotiate settlements and progress claims efficiently.
• Maintain regular client contact and deliver high‑quality service.
• Support senior colleagues on larger, more complex matters as required.

Required profile

• 1–5 years post‑qualification experience in personal injury litigation.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload.
• Strong client‑facing skills and excellent communication.
• Organised, able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Practical, client‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Experience using case management systems.
