About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Solicitor to join a dynamic, AI‑enabled law firm operating across three locations. Based in Bristol, you will work with a busy team that consistently wins new business and handles a diverse range of personal injury claims.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution, including settlement negotiations and court proceedings.
• Conduct thorough case assessments, gather evidence, and prepare legal documentation.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and other parties to achieve favourable outcomes.
• Provide clear legal advice to clients on their rights, options, and potential claim outcomes.
• Liaise with medical professionals, experts, and witnesses to support case development.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations as required.
• Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and related precedents.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor specialising in personal injury law.
• Proven experience handling personal injury claims with a track record of successful negotiations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to professional development and high ethical standards.
